How do I place an order on DAHAB?
Browse the DAHAB collection, select your favorite piece, choose the available size or variant, and add it to your cart. Complete checkout by entering your delivery details and preferred payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept [Cash on Delivery / Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa / Debit or Credit Card]. Please choose the payment option available at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, DAHAB offers Cash on Delivery across Pakistan [confirm whether COD is available nationwide or only in selected cities].
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been dispatched, contact DAHAB support as soon as possible through our contact page. Once the parcel is handed over to Leopards Courier, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from DAHAB. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive tracking details.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, DAHAB delivers across Pakistan through Leopards Courier.
How soon will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, subject to stock availability and correct delivery details.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your city and Leopards Courier’s service route. Major cities may receive orders in 1–2 business days, while other cities and remote areas may take 3–5 business days or slightly longer.
What are the delivery charges?
Shipping is free on all orders above PKR 2,500. For orders below PKR 2,500, a standard delivery charge of PKR 200 applies.
How can I track my order?
You can track your DAHAB order through our order-tracking page. Enter your tracking number or order details to view the latest delivery status.
Which courier company do you use?
We ship DAHAB orders through Leopards Courier, a nationwide courier service offering tracking and COD support.
What if I am not available when the courier arrives?
Please ensure someone is available at the provided address during delivery hours. If the courier is unable to deliver, they may attempt delivery again or return the parcel to DAHAB.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, DAHAB delivers within Pakistan only. [Remove or update this answer if you plan to offer international shipping.]

When can I request a return or exchange?
You can request a replacement if:
- You received the wrong size.
- You received the wrong product.
- Your product arrived broken or damaged.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Contact DAHAB within 2 days of receiving your parcel through our contact page. Share your order number, a short video or photos of the issue, and the reason for your request.
What happens after I request an exchange?
Once your request is approved, send the original box back to DAHAB. After we receive and inspect the item, we will send your replacement, with no extra charges.
Do I need to keep the original packaging?
Yes. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused and returned in its original DAHAB packaging.
Can I return jewelry if I simply change my mind?
No. DAHAB does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal dislike, or preference-related reasons.
Who pays for return shipping?
For approved wrong-size, wrong-product, damaged, or broken items, DAHAB covers the replacement process with no extra charges to the customer.
Can I exchange earrings?
Yes, if the earrings are damaged, broken, incorrect, or the wrong size, and the request is made within 2 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unused and in original packaging.
